- We will not release personally identifiable
information about you without your permission
(except as needed to provide to you the products
or services you have expressly requested).
- Your order information is sent to us through
a "secure session" established with Secure
Socket Layer (SSL). This technology encrypts, or
scrambles, your account information before it is
sent to us, protecting all customer data against
unauthorized access.
- All order information you provide (such as
name, address, phone, e-mail and credit card
number) is never released to any third party
except as required to complete your order or
process payment.
- A completed invoice from the dealer/retailer
will accompany your shipment for online orders.
- Orders shipped to a U.S. address are sent
via United Parcel Service (UPS) and you may
choose Ground, 2-Day, Next Day Air or UPS
Expedited service when ordering.
- Estimated total shipping charges are
indicated on the order form, but additional
charges may be incurred if the shipping weight
exceeds 15 pounds, or on any orders shipped
outside of the Continental U.S. We will notify
you by e-mail of any additional shipping charges
that may apply.
- Your order will usually be processed and
shipped within 2-4 days (excluding Dealer
orders) unless an item is backordered. You will
receive an e-mail confirmation of your order
indicating estimated delivery time if
backordered.
- For inquires regarding your shipment status, please Email Us.
- If you are not satisfied with one of our
products, contact us. We will fix it, exchange
it, or refund your purchase. Returns only apply
within 30 days of your purchase.
- If one of our epilators ever has a problem
we offer a free "Loaner" service while yours is
being repaired.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return
Authorization number.
- If your purchase is damaged during shipment,
please notify the carrier (UPS) or Email Us within 48 hours and we
will make arrangements for replacement.
- A.R. Hinkel products are warranted to be free
from defects in material or workmanship for a
period of one to three years (depending upon model) from date of purchase. In the
event service is required, contact us or the
dealer where purchased.
- The warranty does not apply to accessory
items or consumables, or to any product which
has been tampered with or altered, which has
been improperly used or which has been subject
to misuse, neglect, or accident.
- Additional details of the terms of the
Limited Warranty are printed in the operating
manual - call or write for a free copy.
- Some Hinkel products are professional
products that may require evidence you are a
licensed practitioner. We cannot process orders
for such products until we receive your
credentials by mail or fax.
- Epilation devices are not for use on
patients with a cardiac demand pacemaker,
electrically sensitive support systems, or
implants of any kind, or during pregnancy.
- Additional contraindications are listed in
the product literature for each device.
